1. Gymboland
Gymboland is one of the most popular party centers for children in Bucharest, being designed especially for the little ones, especially for ages 2-8 years. The spaces are large, bright, safe and extremely colorful, with play tracks, slides, climbing areas and inflatable mattresses, all adapted to young children. Parents appreciate the fact that the parties are fully organized, with dedicated entertainers, music, interactive games and well-structured breaks for cake and snacks.
Prices for a birthday party usually start from 1,200–1,500 lei for a standard package (10–12 children, 2–3 hours), depending on the location and additional options (characters, decoration, catering). A parent wrote in a recent review: “Everything was very well organized, the children were never bored, and the animators were extraordinary.”
2. Zoomania
Zoomania is an indoor party concept with an emphasis on free play and intelligently consumed energy. The space is structured like a small amusement park: climbing routes, mazes, slides, obstacle areas and lots of space to run. It’s ideal for children between 4 and 10 years old, especially for those who don’t sit still.
The parties are coordinated by dedicated staff, and parents can choose packages that include food, cake, decor and a photographer. Prices are generally in the area 1,300–1,800 lei/party, depending on the number of children and the duration of the event. A common comment: “The kids left sweaty and happy – just what you want from a successful party.”
3. Kiddo Play Academy
Kiddo Play Academy differentiates itself with a more educational and creative approach to children’s parties. In addition to free play, birthdays can include creative workshops, mini-experiments, logic games or themed activities (pirates, princesses, superheroes). It is highly appreciated by parents who are looking for more than just a run.
Prices are slightly higher, but reflect the quality of the activities: 1,500–2,000 lei for a complete package, with animator, materials and coordination. A relevant review says: “I really appreciated the fact that it wasn’t just chaos, but well-thought-out, age-appropriate activities.”
4. World of Kids
World of Kids is a large indoor play center, ideal for parties with larger groups. It has separate areas for toddlers and older children, so birthday parties can be tailored to the age of the guests. The entertainers are a strong point, and the packages often include mascots, dancing, group games and mini-contests.
Costs start from about 1,200 lei/party, being one of the options with a very good price-space ratio. Parents often say: “A good place for larger parties, kids have a place to burn their energy without limit.”
5. Mini City Bucharest
Mini City offers a different concept: parties for children in a miniature city, where the little ones can play roles (doctor, policeman, fireman, journalist). It is ideal for children between 4 and 9 years old and highly appreciated for its educational character.
The birthday packages are more expensive than average – around 1,800–2,500 lei, but the experience is unique. One parent noted: “The children were fascinated, they felt grown up for a day.”
