3. Lente (Dionysius Street Lupu 78) – This alternative restaurant and cultural center, hosted in a historic villa, hides in the garden and on its walls some very photogenic art street works. At the entrance you are greeted by a wall painted with playful motifs, and in the backyard, among the terrace tables, you will find colorful graffiti made by young local artists (urban themes and art-pop). Slow combines art and gastronomy: On Wednesday, for example, you can order a DIY burger – you create your own combination, in the creative spirit of the place. From reviews: Visitors praise the unconventional vibe: “Slow is a continuous experiment – both on the plate and on the walls”. A stop here offers you not only good food, but also a portion of street art in a relaxed setting.
4. Curtea Creart (Alexandru Lahovari Square 7) – Behind Creart Theatre (former Lahovari villa), in a hidden courtyard, is one of the most successful Bucharest murals, created in 2019 by the artist IRLO. The mural painting, in tones of blue and pink pastel, depicts anonymous silhouettes and messages about creativity – perfectly integrated on the wall of the old building. The walk through the Factory is like a hunt treasure: every step you come across a new piece – some hidden by the metal stairs, others on the baskets of the former factory. The place has a hipster air, with cafes and underground shops, reminiscent of the creative vibe at the LX Factory in Lisbon.
